Your fingers tend to swell and shrink throughout the day, the best time to measure your finger is at the end of the day
Rings with wider bands will fit tighter, so try and measure one with a similar width of what you plan to buy
Options for Ring Sizing
If you don’t know your ring size then you can consider the following:
Select a ring that fits your finger.
Next, measure the internal diameter of that ring.
There are free apps that measure your ring size, by placing your ring on the phone screen and then you can adjust the measuring ring to capture the internal diameter of the ring.
